A digital sculpt is created. This can either be ‘modelled’ or ‘sculpted’ using different software, depending on what is required. It is important to design the piece specifically suitable for printing and casting. The digital sculpt is prepared and printing in-house on one of our three 3D printers. Our printers can achieve superb detail down to a layer thickness of just 6 microns – the highest resolution 3D printing commercially available. Moulds are made using a quality RTV silicone and the models are vacuum cast in premium resin to produce the highest quality pieces for gamers everywhere.
