For shorter run requirements of full colour or black only we use the digital printing method that alleviates the use of printing plates and uses a toner based principle, in which the image is sent direct from an Apple Mac design computer to the press, and then finished in the conventional way. Our printing plates are produced without the use of chemicals, the image being created by laser diodes, rather than the old method of exposure to UV light and then developed with chemicals.

This means there is no waste film, chemicals or contaminated water for the environment to deal with and the aluminium plates are recycled.
