For nearly 20 years now, we have specialised in producing printed fabrics on an entirely bespoke basis for Costume & Sets for Film, TV, Theatre & Opera. We also produce work for the Fashion, Art, Interiors & Advertising industries. We offer a broad range of natural & synthetic woven textiles encompassing cotton, silk, linen and polyesters. From our studio near Lewes, we enjoy working on a consultative basis where every project is treated individually.

For us, communication & attention to detail is paramount – our design led team have a wealth of knowledge & experience in both screen & digital printing. We offer a wide range of services which include vintage print reproduction, artworking, colour sampling and fabric sourcing. In addition to our bespoke work, we created Maltings Fabrics, a site selling period fabrics by the metre.

Our aim is to supply costume professionals with authentic printed fabrics that are becoming increasingly difficult to source. Costume designer Holly Waddington was inspired by the Victoria and Albert Museum’s initiative of x-raying their fashion collection to reveal unseen details of its materials.
